Questions
Is the free tier really free?
Yes — 250 actions every month, forever, no credit card. The quota resets each calendar month. When you want more, upgrade from the dashboard or take the optional 14-day Builder trial.
How does the Builder trial work?
It's opt-in: a 14-day Builder trial with a card required up front. You get 1,000 actions for the trial window at Builder's rate and concurrency limits, and it auto-converts to Builder ($29/mo) on day 14 unless you cancel — you can cancel anytime from the dashboard.
What counts as an action?
One action per tool your agent calls, plus one for the PageMap each request returns. So a request that just maps the page is 1 action and a 3-tool batch is 4. The dashboard shows actions_charged on every call.
What happens when I hit my limit?
On Free you pause until the next calendar month (or upgrade anytime). On Builder and Pro, metered overage kicks in automatically — $0.02 and $0.015 per action — so you never hit a wall.
Can my bill run away?
No — paid plans ship with a spend cap on by default ($200/mo on Builder, $500/mo on Pro). You can raise or lower it in the dashboard, and requests stop before the cap is exceeded.
Can I change plans?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from the dashboard, with no new signup. Paid-to-paid changes are prorated price swaps on your existing subscription. You only pay when you move to a paid plan.
